1. Return Eligibility & Process
- A return request must be raised within 3 days of receipt.

- The product must be in the same condition as delivered, with original packaging, labels, and tags intact.
- Do not use, wash, alter, tamper with, or soil the product.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, notify us within 24 hours of receipt with a video at [Your Email Address].
- If the damage is due to transit or a manufacturing defect, we will replace the item.
- Items damaged after delivery due to misuse, improper handling, or external factors will not be eligible for return or replacement.
3. Return Shipping & Refund
- If returning an item, it must be dispatched within 24 hours of raising the return request.
- The return shipping cost and arrangement of sending the products back to our facility shall be borne by the customer in case of return.
- Once received, the item undergoes a quality check. If approved, the refund is initiated within 24 hours.
- International Orders: Returns are applicable only for manufacturing defects.
